Assuming arguendo that Mrs. Paye was not a privy to the bankruptcy proceedings, the doctrine of collateral estoppel applies here, see Food for Health Co., Inc. v. 3839 Joint Venture, , and the Anzalone Partnership cannot relitigate these issues.
