While Dr. Arnold L. Serbin, a specialist in lung diseases, was apparently willing to testify that Crawford’s valley fever was, to a reasonable medical certainty, related to his occupational setting, a careful reading of his testimony reveals that he came to this admittedly legal conclusion ( , ), on the basis of the same increased statistical probability which this Court rejected as being insufficient to “rise to the standard of ‘reasonable medical certainty’ ” in O’Connor, supra.
