RICHMOND, Chief Judge, dissenting: Although I cannot disagree with the legal reasoning expressed by the majority, I would hold the judgment void on the ground that appellant was not in default at the time the judgment was entered, , because the open extension of time to answer the complaint had never been effectively revoked.
