Appellees’ only response to this issue is that they are entitled to all of the fees requested pursuant to Schweiger v. China Doll Restaurant, Inc., , in which this court recognized the difficulty in distinguishing time spent on various legal theories underlying a claim for relief and held that “where a party has accomplished the results sought in the litigation, fees should be awarded for time spent even on unsuccesful legal theories.” 138
